That's all really great info. But, I need to take it a step further. Especially with playlists'. I'm trying to get xbmc to play multiple movies (DVD movies I've legally ripped to hard drive) in a playlist. I've tried it many different ways and can't get it to work. All I want to do is play a bunch of movies one after the other. I've made the playlist with queuing up a number of movies with all the necessary files in the list then save it as a playlist. Appears as a playlist under playlists'. Set to Repeat All and it just plays the first movie in the list over and over. Help!

You might want to try the XBMC Autoupdate Library program plug-in. I think it is in the official repository.
